Designed to handle both utility and recreational usage, the Defender MAX is equipped with a heavy-duty Torsional Trailing A-arms (TTA) suspension that returns a full 10-in. Inspired by modern trucks, the dual VERSA-PRO bench seat is engineered as a practical 40/20/40 bench that can comfortably accommodate six adults with features like profiled corners to improve entrance/exit of the cab as well as a sturdy vinyl cover for improved wear resistance. The five passenger seats have integrated hooks on their undersides and can also be flipped up to improve onboard storage. Can-Am is rightfully proud of the Defender's highly durable dump cargo box with a stout 1,000 lb (454kg) load capacity. Strategic features include 5-gal (18.9 L) pail recesses, integrated anchors on the sidewalls, and several tie-down points for added convenience. Integrated recesses allow you to use the space as needed, allowing for both 1x3 and plywood separators and bed extenders to extend the bed’s overall dimensions. The tailgate is even capable of withstanding ordinary farm use and serving as a seat on breaks (max weight: 250 lb / 113kg)
